When we consume more than 4 grams of sugar at a time, it becomes toxic to our body at the cellular level. This is equivalent to 3 to 4 teaspoons of rice, 1/5 of a loaf of bread, or half a slice of mango. Most of us don't eat this amount at once, as it exceeds our normal consumption. However, our diets and the USDA's Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) contribute to making us sick and overweight. Additionally, consuming more than 0.6% of our RDA of Omega-6 fatty acids from seed oils is enough to trigger chronic diseases over time. Artificial sweeteners, toxins, herbicides, and pesticides also play a significant role in contributing to sickness.
